This is a brand new build, two-story, ROUND house in a gated community overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains in Leicester, NC, 20 minutes outside of downtown Asheville. The house sleeps 10 and has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with 2 king suites, and 2 queen guest bedrooms that share a bath. The open main living area is on the 2nd level with a spacious kitchen, half bath, and a living area w/ YouTube TV. The downstairs has a bonus living space w/ a sleeper sofa and laundry room off of the entry.
The space is done in a modern industrial mountain house style with ship lap paneling, wood floors, reclaimed wood and marble countertops, and a mix of black and brass fixtures throughout.
The main entry is at the lower level just off of the driveway with a laundry room off to the right. The living space on the lower level is fun and kid oriented with an additional TV, games, and a bean bag that converts into an additional queen size bed, plus the brand new comfy pull out sofa. There is a king bedroom suite with ensuite full bath and two additional queen guest bedrooms with a shared bath on the lower level.
An open stairwell leads from the lower level to the main living space on the second floor. The open concept second floor living space has a dining area, spacious kitchen, living room, half bath, main king suite with a walk-in-closet and large bath, and the access to the porch overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains.
The kitchen has marble counters, wood cabinets, industrial black pipe open shelving and vintage style appliances. The spacious island has a sink, dishwasher, and seating for five. Fun fact - the kitchen island countertop is made of reclaimed wood from historic mill houses in Columbia, SC.
The living area off of the kitchen has a Smart TV with YouTube TV (live streaming), seating for five on the comfy new furniture and views out to the mountains off of the attached covered porch.
The dining area is on the other side of the open stairwell and has a large table with seating for 6-8 people. The half bath and the main king suite is off of the hall and has brand new furniture, a spacious bathroom with a roomy stand-up shower, double sinks and a walk-in-closet.

This is a gated community and the roads leading up and into the neighborhood are steep. You are responsible for driving the appropriate vehicle for snowy or icy conditions.
There is a neighboring house directly next door so you may see our friendly neighbors when outside of the house or on the porch during your stay.
You will need a vehicle to get to and from the house.
