The service provided by the hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and clean towels and napkins were provided on days when we forgot to put the cleaning sign outside, not many hotels provide this service. We had just got married and due to the weather we had to change plans on carrying out our photoshoot indoors. The receptionist was very kind and allowed us to use the front area for the wedding photoshoot and I will forever be grateful.

We couldn’t find the car parking with the postcode provided but after going to the hotel we found it. A few minutes walk to the hotel. As we came back quite late and very tired coming to the room the carpet is dirty with stains. The shower tub has dirt marks and the towel has a long hair on it. No complimentary water provided. Overall convenient to go to town and food places.

It was a lovely room in an attractive hotel in a great location. My only difficulty was finding the recommended parking which would have cost £10 for 24 hours...there were signs to it but it wasn’t attached. In the end I had to pay by the hour in another car park nearby. Even though I arrived at 11.30 pm and left at 7 am, it cost the best me about £25

It was mine and a friend's first night out as new mum's, requested a nice shower. We got a nice shower and more, the room was lovely, huge TV, comfy beds and great air con. Free drink upon check in and the breakfast was great. Lovely seating area and lots of choice for food. Had a lovely time.

Nice hotel, very polite and helpful night staff when I checked in. Nice, clean modern rooms with all facilities. It would have been nice to have some bottled water in the room however. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Only stayed one night so didn't utilise any other facilities of the hotel. Convenient location.

It's a good hotel with easy parking over the road, but compared to other hotels in Leicester it's not standout given the extra price. Premier Inn Premium rooms are on parity.
