Perfect place to stay when coming for a match at the Leigh Sports Village. Rooms are of good quality and clean, with relatively little noise. The reception area is nice and big and the bar and restaurant area has plenty of space to accommodate. The breakfast is also one of the highlights!

Very tired and dirty in the bathroom, the bathroom smelt of drains no hand towel or mat for the floor to stand on after showering. Noisy air con - but it did work!

Room spacious and clean, staff friendly and efficient. However, we dropped our bags in the room and went out for the afternoon and evening, and when we returned the room felt cold and the hot water ran out after a few seconds of running the tap. We were tired and felt it was too late to go down to reception. The hot water was fine the following morning, and there was a portable electric heater which was efficient. The breakfast was very good and well organised.

The hotel has beautiful decor and is very easy to locate. Staff are so lovely and helpful. The property is in a perfect location which met our needs for meeting with friends .

Staff (evening shift) very unhelpful from a minute one. Rooms very basic no heating (cheap electric radiators in room) not even toilet brush in toilet ????? Breakfast was an absolute disaster. 2 coffee machines not working and bacon was like a piece of plastic. And, on top of that we have been told my son (17 years old) wasn't allowed to use it because he is not 18 yet. An absolute disaster hotel. Stay away.
