Hallo und einen schönen guten Abend.Vielen Dank für dein nettes Feedback zu unserem Hotel.Es freut uns riesig, dass du die Lage unseres Hotels und die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel hervorhebst - wir lieben es auch, direkt im Herzen der Stadt und so gut erreichbar zu sein! Unsere Gäste schätzen vor allem die Aussicht von unserer Dachterrasse und die Nähe zur historischen Thomaskirche, und es ist toll zu hören, dass auch du diese Aspekte genießen konntest. Wir hoffen, dass du auch die Gelegenheit hattest, in unserem Syndeo Restaurant regionale Köstlichkeiten zu probieren.Obwohl du insgesamt sehr zufrieden zu sein scheinst, bedauern wir, dass nicht alle Aspekte deines Aufenthalts zu 100% überzeugend waren.
