Leland Village River Front Beauty

Tässä on kaunis 4 makuuhuoneen perheen talo rauhallisella alueella kylässä Leland. River Bend tarjoaa helpon kävelee kaupunkiin, suuri pyöräilyä hiljaisilla kaduilla, uima pois laituri kristallinkirkas vesi kova hiekkapohja, ja nopea pääsy sekä Lake Michigan tai järven Leelanau rannat 5 minuutin päässä. Tämä viehättävä päivitetty 2 tarina Cape Cod talo nukkuu jopa 8 vieraille 4 makuuhuonetta ja 2 kylpyhuonetta (ei amme). Olohuone on tilava ja viihtyisästi sisustettuja. Ruokasali vieressä olohuone ja keittiö on pois ruokasalissa. Kaikki kolme huonetta suoraan katsella joen. Keittiössä on gourmet-ruoanlaittoon ja on uusia laitteita kuten tiskikone. Pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat kellarissa. Talossa on vedensuodatusjärjestelmään. Parketit koko ensimmäisen kerroksen, matot yläkerrassa. Iso taulu HD Smart TV olohuone jossa on kaapeli ja DVD-levyjä. WiFi mukana. Pelejä ja kirjoja käsillä liian. Leland on ihanteellisella paikalla Leelanau niemimaalla, kauniit Sleeping Bear Dunes, Northport, Suttons Bay, viinitilat, retkiä, Pyörän polkuja, historiallisia kohteita ja rannat lähellä. Bike ja veneen vuokraus ovat saatavilla lähistöllä. Talo ja sijainti ovat täydellinen kaikenikäisille ja etuja. Olemme varmoja, että nautitte siitä yhtä paljon kuin me!


Ulkona on yksinkertaisesti kaunis! Rauhallinen löhöilyä joen ja takapihalla hauskaa voidaan oli tässä. Tilava piha lapsi pelata tai rauhallista rentoutumista äiti ja isä. Siellä on laituri tarjotaan. Helppo vuokrata kanootteja, kajakkeja ja ponttonit. Veneiden on kävelymatkan päässä talosta. Kanava alas jokea Lake Leelanau kaikkien vesiurheilun hauskaa. Joki on hiekkapohjainen ja matala rannassa niin tekee täydellisen pelata paikka lapsille. Ulkokalusteet ja grilli on säädetty.

Kylä Leland tarjoaa runsaasti ostos-ja ruokailutila. Harvinaisten kirjojen myymälä, makea kauppoja ja lahjoja yllin kyllin. Lake Michigan on länsipuolella kaupunkia ja tarjoaa kaunis venesatama ja "Fishtown" ei saa hukata enemmän ostoksia ja syö. Tämä alue sijaitsee välillä Northportin ja Glen Arbor. Matkustus M-22 käytävällä ja tutustua paikallisiin rannat, hiekkadyynit, tienvarsien tilalla seisoo ja niin paljon enemmän. Käy kymmeniä viinitilat alueella liikaa. Cute place on the channel. Kids can swim, not to deep. We rented a paddle board and kayak from a local shop. You can walk to town (10-15 min walk). The place was clean and the check out process is easy. Also good communication from the owner. Thanks

Great location and very relaxing.
The location on the river couldn't have been better! The yard is surrounded by trees, giving you lots of privacy and making it feel like you're in the woods while just minutes from town. Sitting in the house or in the yard watching the river was super relaxing. There is WiFi at the house, but if you want to be disconnected from the world, don't use it and you can pretend to be off grid, as there is very little cell service in Leland. This was the perfect weekend getaway for relaxing and recharging!

Great Family Location
Great place for a family to stay in Leland. Grandkids loved swimming in the river every day, and being able to walk into town for shopping and food. Highly recommend. We have stay here twice. loved it each time.

Leland River Cottage
Relaxing stay on the Leland River. Great location to beaches, wineries, and Fishtown. Everything you need for a great vacation in Northern Michigan. This was our third time staying here and each time has been very enjoyable. Always look forward to returning.

Great location.
Very comfortable house within easy walking distance of the center of Leland. But especially wonderful to sit on the back lawn along the river and watch the boats travel up and down. Kids can play in the water off the dock. Absolutely wonderful place to spend a summer vacation.

Relaxing Long Weekend
The property is exactly as described in the listing - a 4-bedroom house on the short river that joins Lake Leelanau with Lake Michigan. It is in good shape, with a cozy, cottage vibe; the grounds were in excellent shape, with a mowed lawn, freshly planted flowers (in mid-June), and no weeds to be seen. The town of Leland is a ten-minute walk away, as is Van's Beach on Lake Michigan. (Unfortunately, there were a lot of dead alewives stinking up the Lake Michigan beach while we were there - unpleasant, but just something that occasionally happens.) We were up there for four nights - five adults and a two-year old - and we had a very relaxing time, which is just what we were lookng for.

Cute cottage!!
We stayed at this cute cottage for a long weekend with friends and had a great stay! The house was what we expected. We were all very comfortable and loved the view! It’s very simple with no frills. We didn’t need much because we were exploring the area. We would recommend this place for the view and location alone!

Leland River Cottage
Second time staying at the river cottage. Just as good as the first! Everything we needed for an enjoyable week in Northern Michigan. We rented a SUP from Harbor House and enjoyed relaxing paddles up and down the river. Also toured the wineries and enjoyed the beach and shopping in town. Great location and relaxing setting on the river.

Lovely cottage on the river. The Family times we spent there was very special. Don’t forget to bring a boat, kayak or a bicycle, if you are interested in these activities. We had a hard time renting.

Up North Perfection
This is our third year at the cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our children love hanging out on the dock, swimming, playing football in the big yard and having their own bedrooms upstairs. The house is extremely well-maintained and the beautiful kitchen is easy to use. We prepared many meals to be shared outside at the picnic table. We love walking into Fishtown, hitting Nedows and Vans beaches and walking around the lovely neighborhood. Canoeing on Platte River, visiting the sand dunes, day-tripping to South Manitou and visiting nearby Sutton’s Bay, Northport and Glen Arbor are yearly traditions. Thank you, Noonans, for letting us enjoy up north and your lovely home.

Perfect Family Getaway
This is our fifth year staying at this charming riverfront property perfectly situated in Leland, Michigan. The open floor plan is made for memorable family gatherings. The grounds are reminiscent of an English country garden and all within an easy walk of several restaurants, the 'Merc' (local grocery store), Fishtown and local shops. The new dock easily accommodates our boat for quick getaways on Lake Leelanau. The owner's pride shines throughout this beautiful property.

A little gem on the river!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. The location is a perfect distance for walking into town. The house was very clean and comfortable,. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the backyard with the new Adirondack chairs and the beautiful plantings around the property. The new dock was a plus as we had rent a pontoon for our stay.
