The property was clean and tidy well maintained the service provided by the staff was exceptional. Only criticism would be that the rooms could benefit from a fridge and a little more storage space and lamps to read by as the rooms are a little dark with dark wood. However, I would stay here again it was delightful.

For its price-bracket, Sedok Jineng is very reasonable. Visitors should be aware that the walk to get there is down a back street, about five minutes from the beach. My partner and I liked the breakfast, the complimentary drink on arrival, and the cleanliness of our room. However, we found the staff very grumpy compared to the staff at other places we've stayed at on Nusa Lembongan, and on other islands. Personally, in spite of the facilities, I wouldn't stay here again. It's often the staff that make a trip, and we felt like an inconvenience to the staff here. (The bar down the road, by the way, is excellent).

Scenic, quiet
Nice place, super, private wooden villa. Nice garden. Small pool. Downside/upside is it is tucked away in the bush down bumpy tracks. Nice bush and cliff walks.

Paradise!
This hotel was incredible, in a great location but a few minutes away from mushroom beach and dream beach. The staff are so friendly and gave us a tour around the island for free. The hotel is beautiful.

Quiet country side area but not far from "town".
The huts here were like small houses with very thin walls and most had grass roof. All had outdoor bathrooms. As everywhere in Bali it seems that cleaning consists of brushing the floor and make the bed. Here we did not get the towels changed for the 3 nights we stayed and the shower head was so dirty I had to open up the holes with a needle! The bed was ok but with a dirty mosquito nett over it. The room was lit by power saving bulbs and was extremely dark after the sun went down. The huts is placed in a small garden with flowers, bushes and trees which was pretty. There is also a raised swimming pool in the garden. The swimming pool was not circulating the water and the tiles in the pool was so dirty I could write my name in the dirt along the water edge!!! You can ask for pool towels. The surroundings was when we were there, only sun burnt and dried bushes and grass with some bumpy dirt roads passing by. If you use a motorbike you have to drive in a large U to get to the "town centre" and it takes about 10 min. But it's also possible to walk down to the mushroom beach and walk along it to the "town centre" it also take about 10 min! For breakfast you have some choices in a menu but the portions is quite small. The staff is more or less only young men and not always good and English is limited. I would stay here again but not swim in the pool.

Amazing value in a quiet location
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pros: - Strong air conditioning which was a nice change - Hot shower - Super comfortable bed - Ketut the manager was really helpful, we hired a scooter off him - less than 5 minute walk to mushroom beach with good restaurants - relaxing and very quiet location, close to sunset point which was where we watched the sunset every afternoon Cons: - the included breakfast is not very big, but this is hardly a con as its free. - location is a bit isolated to walk to the main area of Lembongan. You will need to hire a scooter to be able to explore the island, and the roads are VERY bad and bumpy. Not an enjoyable ride at all after 10 minutes ride to the main area. This was a big con for my partner and I.

Almost Perfect Place
The service here was outstanding, and the bungalow itself was very charming. It was really nice to be in a more traditionally styled bungalow and have more personal service than would be available elsewhere. The villa is close to the beach, but the construction on the way & the road behind other hotels was far from pretty. Other than that though, there's nothing to complain about here! Beautiful grounds, fantastic service, & charming villas.

Cute Huts, close to beach and great restaurants
Really cute huts at a reasonable price. Hotel staff, especially Badut were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. Huts were comfortable and clean. only slight downside is that they don't have fridges in the huts.

Great stay
The hotel is far but it was one of the best options we did during our trip. The rooms were very cosy and we had such good night sleep. Food was great and cheap too. The hotel is walking distance from a gorgeous beach and we had a great time. Staff speaks English fluently and were very helpful. I recommend doing the snori g on the island but through an agency and not the hotel.

Great peaceful location and value for money
Just came back from a week at Sedokjineng and absolutely loved it! The location is tucked away on the other side if the island so it suits couples happy to jump on a scooter or those happy to stay close to mushroom beach. Mushroom beach is a 200m walk away just down the hill and is definitely one of the best beaches on the island. It has enough resturants to eat some where different each night but it's still relatively quiet compared to Juleng Butu main harbour . The reception area is very basic but once you walk around the corner it's really lovely. Lush beautiful gardens and 7 cute little villas. Our villa was number 2 and we were lucky enough to be the only guests for about 4 of our 6 days. Most of the villas have a view of the ocean and the view from the pool is lovely, overlooking a paddock and the sea. The staff were great, Badu and Katut were really helpful, friendly and nothing was too much for them. The bed was made every day and the villa was perfectly clean and in good condition. Breakfast was included and they make a mean banana pancake. There's a spa just down the road that had just opened call Humulaya and they offered really good quality treatments at good prices. I don't know what the noise would be like if they have a full house but we had a great time and will definitely be back.

Nice quiet hotel
We found out about Sedok Jineng through Expedia and were not disappointed. It is outside the main resort areas and away from the hustle of the local villages.

Great Service, Be Wary of Extra Guests
In general, everything about this hotel was great. The staff, the food, the room, we only had one issue in that we booked via hotels.com and stated we had 3 people. On hotels.com it mentioned in passing that some hotels may charge extra for an additional person, but given our search criteria was for a hotel with 3 people we assumed the addition was already included in the quoted price. We were sadly mistaken, and had to pay an extra amount both for the bed and breakfast which was unfortunate given budget as backpackers.

Mysig hotell
Fina rum, bra service och trevlig personal. Hotellet ligger nära stranden samt mataffären och restauranger. Det som var lite mindre bra var att en stor del av personalen pratade inte engelska vilket försvårade kommunikationen.

Good and laid back service, though only two seemed to speak any english. Scooters, snorkling, etc. available through Villa. Location is nice, just half way of Mushroom Beach and Sunset Point, two really nice places. Our bungalow was clean and nice with a good bed on Bali standards. Only more power sockets would have been nice (only 2 in the room).

Stayed in a small and simple cottage with a cozy bed, little interior light bulbs, outside bathroom and basic amenities - shampoo and body wash. Need to bring my own amenities and hair dryer. There's a small and clean swimming pool in the villa. I've enjoyed it. The location is close to beach and a little distance to mushroom bay center area, but can reach there by a scooter. The staffs are nice and friendly.
