Roachway inn not roadway

It was horrible there was a rose infestation they kept crawling us all night long they wouldn't move with the rooms and we're trying to get a refund

As a single female, I do not feel safe at the property. There was a lot of people doing drugs standing outside tweaking, just unsafe for a single female to be staying there

The place was bad because of local's giving nasty looks, and a lot of the guest looked like they where on drugs. Not a safe environment.

El hotel es muy sencillo, en una zona no tan bonita, es caro para lo que ofrece (4,000 la noche por una habitación que no es mejor que un 6 motel) se entiende que San Diego queda caro pero por ese precio lo que menos se puede esperar es un cuarto que no huela mal.

I'm not happy with the say the service was very very poor they were very rude they were cockroaches in my hotel room I didn't get any towels the service was absolutely not acceptable the ice machine is not working properly when I went to the ice they would not accommodate me to change rooms with roaches my air conditioner was not working I complained multiple times and they were very rude

Accessible room not really accessible

needed an ADA accessible room and this did not meet the needs. sink too high, no railings near the toilet and bed too high for wheel chair user. Room was clean, but weathered looking.
