I booked last minute as my day ran longer than expected and this Inn beat my expectations. Great staff, clean rooms and affordable. When I checked in the person made sure I had everything I needed for my late dinner. They gave me utensils and a plate to heat up my food (Sorry didn’t catch their name!). The Inn is quiet and quaint. Breakfast the next morning was typical hotel fair but still good when it’s included in the rate. If I find myself stuck in Pittsfield I’ll stay here again :)

The bed was amazingly comfortable. Our shower was very spacious and the room was clean and heat worked well. The breakfast was pretty diverse for a hotel breakfast and had hot and cold options. It was right around the corner from a grocery store and some dining options. Great location for hiking in the mountains.

I visit the Lenox area fairly often and I always choose the Yankee Inn. It is clean and comfortable, quiet and convenient, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have stayed in both buildings - the experience is different, but both are pleasant. There are a lot of places to stay in the surrounding area, but when I choose the Yankee Inn, I know I won't be disappointed. The gorgeous mountain view is a bonus!

Wonderful two nights
The front desk staff were amazing. Very helpful and pleasant. The room was cozy, clean and updated and we had a nice view of the mountains. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was the omelet station. The omelet was not made properly. You need to sauté the onions and bell peppers before adding the egg or else it’ll have a raw taste. No biggie though because the scrambled eggs in the main buffet area were very good. Nice pool and jacuzzi area.

Front desk service varied depending on employee. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool area was clean and sanitary but around closing hours was being used by non hotel guests. Included breakfast is a great perk, but items ran low and an employee was busy making herself a waffle. Some guests were observed placing multiple items in plastic containers and leaving the room. They need signs and better supervision.

The proprty was east to find and close to restaurants and various tourist sites. The room was spacious, had a nice view and had an upgraded bathroom.
