Just 300m from the beach of the village of Anses d'Arlet, the apartment offers a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea and the village. The village is considered one of the finest in the south Martinique, it has retained its authenticity and charm Creole. Our apartment has two terraces. The first, large covered living room, closed through electric shutters, and a wooden deck where you can admire the calm sea comfortably installed in the deckchair or hammock. The master bedroom (1 double bed) overlooks the terrace. The apartment has another bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), a fitted kitchen, a living room convertible into a double bedroom, a Zen bathroom equipped with a large Italian shower , and a separate toilet. The apartment is located in a building that guarantees you peace and tranquility. A parking space is at your disposal.

Super appartement et très belle terrasse
Nous avons été très bien accueillis, ( avec un planteur!)L’appartement est propre et bien aménagé, nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse avec ses transat.Les chambres sont spacieuse avec de la literie de qualités,et la salle de bain plutôt moderne avec une douche xxlNous recommandons pour une familles jusqu’à 5 personnes Merci pour tout Dominique

Schöne Wohnung , kaum Mängel
Gut ausgestattet, insbesondere auch die Küche mit allen Geräten - gut funktionierende Klimaanlage - in der Küche gehören einige Pfannen ausgetauscht, Dunstabzug wäre optimal - Entfernungsangabe 300 m zum Strand ist Quatsch; bis zum Meer ist es einigermaßen korrekt; zum Strand das Vierfache - ein Bild auf der Webseite, Blick von der Terrasse, entspricht nicht mehr der Realität - trotzdem angenehmer Aufenthalt, nach Schwierikeiten, die Wohnung zu beziehen, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter

Logement confortable
Nous avons trouvé ce logement très bien, tout équipé, il ne manque qu'un BBQ pour faire griller les poissons fraîchement pêchés vendus au village. Nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse. La vue partielle de la mer est bien. L'inconvénient majeur est la longue côte très difficile à monter et à descendre pour se rendre au village et à la mer. Nous vous recommandons une voiture.

Un séjour parfait aux Anses d'Arlet
Le logement est parfait pour découvrir le sud de l'île. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Carol et Clovis qui nous ont laissé de gentilles attentions dans le frigo. L'appartement est très bien équipé et la vue sur les Anses magnifique. Aux Anses vous pourrez profiter de la plage, de ses restaurants, il y a peu de commerces mais quelques épiceries locales peuvent dépanner. Catherine et Samuel (Nantes)

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Terrasse
Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, mit tollem Ausblick auf den Ort und Strand. Es gibt eine schöne, große Terrasse, mit fantastischen Blumen und Sträuchern, die regelmäßig von Kolibris besucht werden. Wir haben uns sehr über die Moskitonetze über den Betten gefreut.

Location impeccable, accueil chaleureux. Rien ne manquait pour notre confort. Linge de maison fourni. Machine à laver dans la salle de bain. Très belle terrasse. Situation au calme sur les hauteurs avec vue sur l’anse, proximité de la plage et du bourg. Emplacement de parking devant la location.

Belle vacance aux Anse d'Arlet
Beau logement, belle terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la baie des Anse d'Arlet. Le matin on profitait de la terrasse pour se rendre à la plage en après-midi. La plage est accessible à pied d'une à notre avis des plus belle plage de Martinique. C'était notre deuxième fois qu'on louaient cette appartement et nous le recommandons

confinement avec des blattes dans l'appartement
belle vu , belle terrasse , mais appartement avec des blattes La Cuisine serais complétement à refaire les tiroirs ne tienne plus quand on les ouvres, la propreté laisse à désiré, machine à laver complétement rouillé on n'ose pas mettre le linge dedans ( d'ailleurs c'est pour cela qu'elle n'est pas dans les photos de l'annonce) et une odeur de la climatisation dans une chambre qui fait que nous ne l'avons pas utilisé de peur d'être malade et le propriétaire qui à ce jour fait le mort suite à ma réclamation Je ne recommande pas cette location car c'est sur vous serez dessus

Une semaine de bonheur. Chaleur, cocktails et tortues
Ce fut un très bon séjour. L’appartement est bien situé, et bien équipé. Le quartier était calme. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la terrasse, avec les déjeuners au son des oiseaux et les cocktails au coucher du soleil. Que du bonheur !

Nous venons de passer 14 jours aux Anses d'Arlet : magnifique et authentique. L'appartement est bien situé : jolie vue sur la mer et la plage, permet de se rendre à la plage à pied (attention à la cote au retour !), quartier au calme. L'appartement est très bien équipé : tout y est, c'est vraiment agréable.

Je m'ennuie déjà !
Nous avons loué ce logement en février 2017 et avons apprécié notre 2e séjour en Martinique, toujours aux Anses d'Arlet. Le logement est identique aux photos, avec toutes les commodités . Très bon rapport qualité prix. La plage, très belle, est tout pres mais...la côte est un peu haute à remonter, surtout avec 30* et l'humidité, mais pas grave, on descend avec l'auto qu'on stationne facilement en bas de la côte, a 50 mètres de la super plage..
