Personnels incompétents

Situé en plein dans un couloir aérien d'atterrissage de l'aéroport d'Orly, les passages des avions sont intenses, 1 toutes les 2 minutes en moyenne jusqu’à 23h00 mais l’hôtel n'y est pour rien. Cela dit, le personnel laisse à désirer niveau qualité de service, l’accueil est très moyen et le service au bar/restaurant catastrophique, les tables ne sont pas mises, les commandes ne sont pas faites ou pas correctement. Il y avait toujours à faire une réclamation supplémentaire pour obtenir le service demandé et c'est agaçant à force car l’hôtel est à 109€ en payant sur place sans petit déjeuner.
