Was greated by a personable guy room was clean and adequate. Meal in restarant was ok fish bit undercooked. No were in shower to put soap etcetera extractor not working. Only basic breakfast included Very poorly presented staff dismissive

Hi, Thank you for the positive notes on the room and the staff who checked you in. The free breakfast consists of cereal, toast, yogurts, and unlimited tea/coffee/juice. But I guess it could be described as basic. There is a hot menu of course to order from at a cost of £5.95. I take your note on the shower and will investigate your claim on the fan. As this is written anonymously it’s hard to pin point who was on breakfast on which day to deal directly. But I will use this a training tool for them all on customer service. Kind Regards.

Staff friendly and very helpful, patient, generous and well mannered. Room quiet and comfortable, we slept well and enjoyed a good breakfast.

Nice location. Bed was deeply uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean and newly refurbished but shower water was warm but not super hot. The room was v cold too. We asked for an extra blanket, which the staff gave us, but the new blanket had stains on the cover which was a bit off putting... Breakfast was cleared away before we arrived in the morning despite the fact we were there before the cut off. But the lady brought out some cereal and juice for us and gave me some paracetamol to help with the intense pain I had in my back from the bed

Hi, thank you for your review. I am gutted to hear you had a bad time. We are new here and this is the 1st complaint of the bed, as this is anonymous I can't sort so I will investigate them all. Clearly the breakfast staff and cleaning staff have let me down here which I will sort with them. The heating had gone off as the weather has been so warm, but again I apologise for the room temperature.
