When we checked in, we had to ask for daily cleaning service, since we were staying two nights. They forgot about it. To their credit, when we reminded them on the second day, they cleaned our room right away. There was no number on our room, as the sign was completely gone. No idea about that one! We took the stairs and the stairwells were not clean. There was seating for six people total - in the entire hotel. Not adequate. Also, there was no protein options for breakfast. It was cold and hot cereal, fruit, and make your own waffles.

Worn out and uncomfortable
Room was pretty beat up. Had a recliner that looked ready for the trash heap, the desk chair was old and torn, the bed was broken. Literally the mattress dipped at the side and the springs rattled every time I moved. Very uncomfortable. Noise from the nearby bar till early morning. Condition of the property seemed ok. I was looking for a reasonable rate room for a night, expected more. Would definitely not stay again.

Not a great hotel. Just adequate. Staff at reception was very nice, but the rooms, the grounds, etc, were pretty scruffy. Then again, it's not an expensive property, and it was easy to find/get to (right off the highway).

We booked a king bed, it was HARD no give at all, so we stayed 2 night and neither of us got much sleep. I fine with a firm bed but this was jusy hard. The shower was squeeky and the shower heads need replaced. This is my go to hotel whenever im in town. But i wont book a king again and the shower head that is in all the rooms i have stayed.

The 4 bed option was fantastic and sealed toothbrush and toothpastes as amenities was great. There was a stain on my sheet and the toilet had not been cleaned very thoroughly. The curtain was not fully attached to all hooks. At check in, staff was courteous and efficient but I felt all of my information was relayed loudly to the lobby including my room number.

Front desk said I didn’t have a reservation (booked with Expedia). Showed her my confirmation #, was suddenly able to find it. Gave me the key, went to the room, opened the door only to find she’d put me in someone else’s room (walked in on them). Got a new room key. She was very confused that there were 3 people checked in with the same last name (imagine that a family reunion!) Next morning a male staff member was sprawled out on the couch across from the front desk. Employees were to busy talking to be bothered with a guests question. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.
