Parking is very inconvenient. Lobby was well kept, staff were exceptionally kind. Our room was old and pretty gross. Stains on carpets, furniture, and walls. Smelled like musty cigarettes and the bathroom floor was SUPER STICKY. The front desk gave me cleaner so I took care of that. The bed was comfortable (we like firm surfaces) but the mattress didn’t fit the bed properly. There were no available King rooms. Breakfast was pretty awful, I’m gluten free so my safe options were uncooked hash browns and eggs- there is a farmer’s market across the street :) this place has potential but needs an overhaul.

Nice hotel. A little dated, but it is an easy walk to downtown. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was also very nice. Did not try the pool.

2 blocks from the Historical area of Frankfort Kentucky. Very Central to the famous Bourbon Distiieries. This is an older property with a Grand Lobby and an attentive staff. The rooms are well appointed clean and in good condition. There are free Level 2 EV chargers in the free parking lot An excellent value

We've stayed here twice and it's been a pleasant experience both times. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. It is an older hotel, but it's clean. My kid enjoys the indoor pool. The breakfast is good with lots of options and a large seating area. It has a large grassy area (not fenced) for pets to do their business. It's walking distance to St. Clair which is the main nightlife area. We walked around even at night. We will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was good , however you can tell it’s been around awhile. Definitely needs some updating . Staff was friendly , prices reasonable and a new nice parking garage . The hotel needs some major upgrades , I bet it could be as beautiful as it once was, back in the day.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. The on-site bar was closed and we did not receive housekeeping to refresh coffee. Our room was on the street side and there was a lot of traffic noise. The room was clean and the location is easily walkable to the historic district. At no time did I feel unsafe walking around in Frankfort.

The first room we were assigned to we were unable to get in. Moved to a different room and the air conditioner didn’t work properly and was hot in the room. Bar/lounge closed which was a bummer. Breakfast was good

There were so many truly great things about this hotel, such as the staff, the free parking, and the free breakfast. My kid enjoyed the pool. The lobby is really nice and features an interesting waterfall feature. The rooms could use a little updating however. I did enjoy the view over the river, as well as being acknowledged as an Expedia One Key Platinum member, which entitled me to a bag of extra treats.

The room had holes in the shades, soiled carpet and bedding and dirt in the bottom of the tub. The towels smelled dusty. One party in our group had to move rooms, theirs smelled awful. The initial remedy was to fumigate it for 3 hours. We don’t know how this hotel has a 8.6 rating. Staff was nice.
