The room was clean and staff was friendly. The only issue was that the air conditioner in our room did not work and it was so hot no one slept. I complained to the boy at the front desk and he didn’t seem to care.

The hotel was pretty nice but the elevator smelled like urine. We took the stairs. I know people complained but nothing was done about the smell. Other than that it was a great stay.

Stains on carpet and bathtub. Furniture has seen its lifetime ( desks worn and missing repairs) king room is snug. Bed was 2ft from hallway door clocks and so E light fixtures not working Was there to sleep and shower so not major in convience

First time staying and really liked the hotel. The staff was great, property was super clean and comfortable. Only thing I didn’t like the king size bed room we had the ac didn’t work very good. Didn’t cool the room down very well but other than that everything and everyone was great.

Horrible experience! The first night was in a room that did not smell good, like an old musty hotel. Also, we discovered the next day that the room was infested with ants that ruined my wife's birthday cake. We were moved to another room in which the air conditioning did not work and it was 90 degrees that day! We asked to cancel the 3rd night of our stay and was told that would not be a problem, however, management refuses to refund the final night of our stay....we were lied to by the hotel!

All around a horrible place to go. Couldn't even get 3 extra wash cloths and towels. I had 5 people in my group and only had 2 wash cloths and 2 towels...had an event to go to and wanted a shower before going, after traveling 7 hours to the hotel. It appeared to have poop on the wall and blood on the sheets.... absolute worst hotel I've ever been too. Do not recommend.

This was my second recent visit to this particular hotel because they provide everything I might need and I like the location near Hamburg. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty. My only request is the bathtub faucet and drain in room 418 be repaired. The faucet is about to fall out of the wall and the drain plug is sitting outside the drain.
