Good location tommy event at Rupp Center for Big Blue event. Was meeting colleagues and vendor exhiboting at this event. Loved the lobby market place, variety if snacks.

The only complaint I have is how thin the walls/floors were, because we could hear everything going on outside/around us. One of the glass windows around the entrance also looked like someone had shot a bullet through it because it was shattered/we saw a bullet hole. Aside from that, the rooms were clean, amenities were nice, and we enjoyed our short stay!

We went to check and and power was down and could not check in. Please don’t stay here or book as this has happened here before. I did not stay any nights yet was charged and they refused to give me any money back as they wanted me to sit and wait with a toddler until the power came back on in which they have no idea when it would come back on. Very very upset
