Facility needs updated. Pretty rundown. Room was comfortable, but not the cleanest. Found what looked like someone's pills on the carpet, along with other things that should have been swept up with a cleaning. Bathroom greatly needs updated. Breakfast was okay.

Average hotel, bad customer service
Phone in room did not work. Dirty sock on the floor by dresser. Room was booked with a "free cancellation" statement, however should have said "free cancellation, charge for changes". We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, plans changed and wanted to have 2 rooms for 1 night and then 1 room for next night. Called hotel, they said need to do through rental app, tried on app, they wanted to charge us double the price to change it, when I said no to that I was told just tell the hotel when u get there. When we arrived, they said "you don't have to stay in both rooms, however you will be charged for both rooms because you should have canceled before".

This was a clean hotel and the breakfast was fully stocked all the way to the end of serving time. The beds were not comfortable though. They were way too soft and I felt like I would fall off if I got close to the edge. I lived everything about the place, except the beds.

Warning photos on the website are deceiving! The hotel was dirty, smelled bad, pee stained matress, molded shower liner, chair in the room room so dirty it was changing colors! I guess the saying goes you get what you pay for! This should be a Motel not a Hotel. Lastly this place has a very RUDE manager and its not handicap friendly!!
