No hot water. Blood on the mattress, sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed so had to sleep on a towel. Room entry is so narrow and there is a cabinet placed right inside that you can’t even get a cart in or out. A/c barely works. No closet, just an inlet with a curtain bigger than the window. Window was barely 4 feet wide. Room smelled like B/O. Room was a joining room and was not given a heads up. Pet fee is atrocious, not advertised before booking. Rules are beyond ridiculous. No dogs on furniture? Get real. Hallways smell like old people flowers. But you get a great view of Hollywood Hustler. Will never stay here again.

Ashley at the front desk was very efficient and gracious. We had some issues with our TV not working and she quickly dispatched maintenance, Larry, who resolved the problem. Beds comfortable.

After reading some negative reviews about the condition I almost cancelled my reservation, but I'm glad I didn't. I found the property to be clean & updated. Great coffee & breakfast options and a very friendly lady (Gwen) was overseeing the breakfast bar and checking to be sure everyone had what they needed. I would definitely stay here again. Large shopping area & restaurants very close by.

Great stay while going through traumatic experienc
My son, dog and I needed a 3 night stay here after our apartment caught fireand we were left homeless. They were more than accomidating and friendly. Even waived the pet fee I wasn't aware of because I wasnt used to paying one when I have an ESA dog and I didnt know rules have changed for ESA dogs. I needed somewhere to decompress during the stress for my kiddo. He enjoyed the yummy waffles at the free breakfasts and the indoor pool. The outdoor area was grest for my dog to do her business and all the staff was very friendly. They even accomidated a locla news reporter coming to record me regarding the fire that destroyed our apartment. If I have any family come to town, I'll book them rooms here.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was above normal. The lady made sure everything was hot and replenished. It seems some areas were updated but rooms need complete redo. Trim and fixtures in bath show a lot of wear and tear. Paint cannot cover flaws Also sheets and pillowcases had slight yellow cast. Seems they just cant be clean. I guess this is what you get for the price. Despite great staff do not plan to stay there again.

We are Hampton Inn regulars and really appreciate the reliability of the properties, the convenient locations, the warm welcome of staff, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, and the generous breakfasts. This location offered all of the above. This one did seem to need a little attention to detail in terms of minor maintenance--our bathroom door didn't stay open on its own but had a wastepaper basket in front of it as a door stop; the thermostat in our room was sluggish at best in responding to our desired room temp; the bathroom faucet cold and hot directions were reversed, but otherwise worked fine. And we were a bit bemused by two identical framed photographs hanging in our room, as well as elsewhere in the hotel common rooms. But these were minor matters, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. Thank you, Hampton Inn/Hamburg in Lexington, KY!

The platforms the beds are on squeak!!! Bad!! I had two rooms and all beds were squeaky. Every time someone moved in the bed, it would squeak all night. The water smelled coming out of the bathroom sink…. Two of the four beds had tears in the fitted sheets…. Won’t be staying here again

This was a nice hotel with great amenities near I-74 and I-64 interchange. They had an indoor pool and a nice exercise room. They had a free hot breakfast, and the staff was courteous. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The room rate was reasonable. I would recommend this hotel.

You need to hire more cleaning employees. You’re probably understaffed but, the room was gross. They only came in and changed the sheets and added new towels. Thankfully I always have Clorox wipes with me. Cleanliness needs to be improved.
