The receptionist was very friendly and gave us tips about parking for the Uk game. She took time to tell us her name and said if we needed anything, please ask. Everyone says that at hotels but she said it sincerely. She even said that her shift ended soon and told us the next person’s game. Then, when we were walking past the desk she said enjoy the game and be safe. When we came back, the next receptionist said hi my name is Jennifer if you need anything please let me know. Great customer service!!!

The location of the property was around areas that made it feel like a stranded or unsafe hotel. The stores surrounding the property had gatherings of people that made it feel unsafe to move around unless in a vehicle.

The TV didn't work. There was no one there to fix it and no other rooms to move to. The room was stuffy and the temperature would not change when lowering the thermostat.

The staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional. Our room was spacious. The decor was pleasing and comfortable. The beds were perfect. The facilities were well maintained and updated. The location was excellent. Plenty to do and a couple of restaurants were within walking distance. Will definitely stay at this hotel next time we travel through Winchester.
