The staff was great. Lock on door worked sometimes. Carpet and floor dirty. Bed was broken. No USB Ports in room. Total renovation needed bad.

Very nice and clean with a good breakfast included. The property removed the hot tub which was not known to us prior to arrival. We had a suite with a hot tub so this change did not impact us. It may impact others however.

Front desk and breakfast staff were excellent. Room was clean. Hallway was smelly, one of our beds may have been broken (208), fine to sleep but made a huge noise getting in and out.

The property is in need of an update. The carpet on the floor was frayed and there was a patch in the tub. This made the tub Very slippery. Consequently my husband fell in the shower. When I reported it and asked about a non slip I bath Mat I was told they did not have any so they gave me extra fabric bath mats.

Property is nice and staff was welcoming, even notifying me of tornado warnings procedures. My room was nice, clean. I did find the shower dismal and the shower floor was slippery like ice. Someone will fall, almost got me, but I have cat like balance and reflexes.
