We found this guesthouse to be very comfortable and a pleasant place to stay. It is well situated to visit Strasbourg, Baden-Baden and the Black Forest. We especially appreciated the friendly owner who was available for conversations and advice.

A traditional, charming hotel in a lovely quiet town. Very clean, very well run with a wonderful selection for their continental breakfast. 10 miles from Baden Baden airport.

A good overnight stop.
A good place for an overnight stop in a pretty village. We had a room overlooking the side road and car park but I suspect rooms on the main road could be noisy. The service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant served very good seasonal and local dishes.

A high-value must stay in this area.
Everything about this Guest House and Restaurant was superb. A delightful traditional building that has been beautifully renovated within Spacious room with very comfortable bed. Even though there are a fair number of rooms, there is no institutional feel whatsover. It feels like a big house for many guests. Dinner was excellent, served sweetly to us non-German speakers with care and in a very high-class manner. Breakfast the next morning was even better: a buffet of cereals, hot egg dishes, rolls, fresh breads, yoghurts, fruits, really good coffee, and attentive visits from one of the proprietors who, with everyone else, had worked late the night before. If this is not a family business, then it seems so much like one that I was completely fooled. The village was lovely on a multi-block walk with the dog in the cold. The presentation of everything (building, meals, the neighborhood/village) was extraordinarily appealing.

Convenient for our needs
Great for a stopover - the room was a bit hot and no a/c also on the 3rd floor-no elevator. For the price okay value- it is a tour bus stop apparently as one came in as we arrived so when we came down for breakfast it was a bit hectic but the staff made sure we had everything we needed.
