Pleasant and economical room, located on the top floor of one of the most beautiful mansions in the city!
Bedroom
Equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV and a table with two chairs, the room is annexed with a bathroom (shower) and a kitchenette (consisting only of a fridge, microwave and Nespresso)
On the same floor, you also have the property “ Chez Victor ”, 1 bedroom apartment.
Access
Located on the 3rd floor of one of the most beautiful mansions in the city, you can access it by elevator.
The neighborhood
The house is a few meters from the Pont de Fragnée, famous for its golden statues and a 15-minute walk from Guillemins train station.Since 2009, the date of the inauguration of the new station by the architect Calatrava, this district has been expanding and numerous projects are seeing the light of day, notably that of a footbridge linking the platform to the Parc de la Boverie ( beautiful green space suitable for picnics, jogging or walks)
You will feel at home and will not want for anything thanks to all the amenities the neighborhood offers, including Place Général Leman with small shops, supermarket, snack bars, banks, bookstore, bakery, pharmacy...
And if you want to reach the city center, it will take you 15 minutes thanks to the numerous bus lines that pass through there.
Transportation
If you come by car , you will find it easily because the highways are close. It is possible to find space (especially in the evening) along the quay or in the neighboring streets. It is also possible to rent a parking space from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. for an additional 4 euros per day.
By bus , there is a stop 5 minutes walk away where the different lines reach the main points of the city and the outskirts
By train , Guillemins station is a 10-minute walk away.
By bike , you just need to cross the Meuse (a stone's throw away) to join the RAVel (network of lanes reserved for non-motorized users). We guarantee you a great ride!
