The entrance of the unit includes a lanai with keyless entry. *3RD Floor (Top Floor), 28 stair walk-up (No elevator).

The living room is fully furnished with a comfortable queen sofa sleeper and brand new Smart TV.

Sliding glass doors open on to the private lanai where you can enjoy relaxing sounds of the ocean and spectacular sunrise views and even spot whales in the winter months.
