Les chambres 4-6 se situent au premier étage d’un bâtiment dont le rdc est occupé par des urinoirs « publics », sans porte. L’odeur pestilentielle qui s’en dégage envahit la cage d’escalier et les chambres à chaque ouverture de porte. Inacceptable. L’accueil au petit-déjeuner fut constitué par la seule question « quel est votre numéro de chambre ? Puis plus personne pendant toute la durée de notre petit-déjeuner. Pendant la nuit une vmc ou une chaudière bruyante met en résonance des portes qui vibrent donc sans arrêt (chambre 4)

Bonjour, Nous vous remercions pour vos impressions suite à votre séjour dans notre Domaine. Ils sont importants car il nous permettent de nous remettre en questions, et de corriger certaines choses que seuls nos clients peuvent se rendre compte. Pour répondre plus précisément à vos remarques, nous allons étudier la possibilité de mettre une porte battante pour les WC. L'odeur ressentie (au rez-de-chaussée uniquement) provient des produits de nettoyages que nous mettons tous les jours. Nous avons sensibilisé notre équipe sur l'accueil le matin, et l'accompagnement des clients au petit-déjeuner. Concernant le bruit et les vibrations pendant la nuit, nous ne savons pas de quoi cela peut venir. Nous faisons des tests afin de trouver l'origine (chaudière, VMC ou frigidaire) Dans tous les cas nous sommes désolé des désagréments que vous avez vécu durant votre séjour, et vous remercie encore de nous les avoir signalés. Au plaisir de vous revoir au Domaine, afin que vous puissiez voir l'amélioration effectuée. Cordialement. Antoine
