We have just stayed here, first weekend in November. It is a very modern and clean hotel, with very helpful, efficient and friendly staff. Our room was well sound-proofed, had separate toilet and bathroom with shower cubicle and a bath, comfortable beds, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge and a microwave. We also had the breakfast which is €18.50 per adult, kids eat free. This made it a very affordable price for a family. They were also very happy to provide our daughter with some gluten free bread which we were so grateful for as we found it difficult to find gluten free places in Lille. Amazing place and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Great room, not so warm welcome
Wonderful room but the receptionist seemed a bit off/it did not feel like a warm welcome. I did not fully understand the room deposit and when asking for clarity about which card to use to do this she seemed quite irritated. The room was clean and beds were very comfy. Also air con was great and appreciated the fridge.

This is a great place to stay while in Lille whether you’re heading out on the Eurostar for England, or just visiting Lille. The station is an easy walk into Lille, a very nice University town. There’s even a shopping mall attached to the adjacent train station.

Very close to both major train stations. For our travel requirements where we took day trips to Bruges, Belgium and Dunkirk, France, this hotel was ideal for us. Rates were very reasonable and staff were efficient. A large grocery store, Carrefour located within Westfield Euralille shopping mall. My three person room had a microwave and mini fridge so this is very convenient. Facility is well cared for and few comments of this establishment may be to have carpets replaced. I did not dine or use any other amenities. I would stay here with my family again and would recommend if you don’t need to stay closer to city center.

Easy walk with luggage from the Lille Europe station and only about a 10 min walk to the other Lille station. Check in easy and friendly and room s lovely and spacious.

The reception staff were very helpful and accomodating. The breakfast experience was a big challenge. The staff were overwhelmed without clean cutlery, dishes and nearly no food. Attention should be given to this aspect of the hotel and to come up with a better system or more staffing.

Spent three nights here and was very satisfied with the room. It was quiet and the bathroom had a shower and a separate tub. Also had a fridge and a coffee maker and a kettle. Checking in was a bit slow, because the one staff member was on a long phone call and made me wait, but that was the only hiccup in a very pleasant stay. Proximity to the train station was a real plus.
