I liked the hotel's location. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The food was great, and the room service was excellent. It was close to the old town and marina, and many restaurants were within walking distance. It is not as quiet as I would have liked the area to be. But an excellent hotel overall.

Not recommended during the transition seasons
visited the hotel during the summer and it was excellent, with air conditioning with good cooling, an outdoor swimming pool, and a good breakfast, but on the current visit on December 2, with a cold of 11 degrees at night, the heating in the rooms does not work, the outer wall in the room is all glass and I was very cold, the receptionist man explained to me Since it's still hot during the day, they don't switch the heating system on at night despite the low temperature, that's why I recommend the hotel in the summer, but I suffered a lot this season, I moved to the hotel Another where there was heating at night and a heated pool which was not in this hotel.

A new, clean, and beautiful hotel with an excellent location right near the promenade. While the rooms are slightly small, they are well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The facility in general was very nice, with pool, restaurants and a couple of bars. The breakfast service was incredible: plenty of food, and a huge variety. My chief complaint is about a drainage plumbing issue in the shower, resulting in a nauseating foul odor. When you pay a rate of $180 a night, you deserve better than a stinky room.

Not ideal for families or people on holiday/business. Arrived at the hotel to teenagers outside being sick, and crowded and shouting in reception. There is a rooftop bar which is noisy and more like a club. Rooms were decorated nice, but some things such as curtains were broken. Pool was always crowded with teenagers with noisy drum and bass music, whilst breakfast was a nightmare. All hot food was freezing cold, no pastries, noisy with dirty tables - honestly one of the worst breakfasts we’ve ever had. This hotel needs to decide whether its audience is partying teenagers, or business people/people on relaxing holiday, as it can’t be both.

The stay was nice and by far one of the best included breakfasts I have ever been offered on stays. The pool was quite small and didn't accomodate for many. Additionally, it was stated no children were to stay in the hotel however there were multiple families present during our stay. The room was nice, but very small to relax in and felt quite cramped for a couple.

Everything was amazing. Such a beautiful aesthetic and aura. The bar in the lobby was quiet and the desserts were delicious. The drinks near the pool on the roof top were amazing. I'll definitely stay here again when i return.

The hotel is in the city center and faces the main street. There is a noise of cars that can be heard up to the room. The lobby includes the entrance desk and the seating area as well as a drinks bar, which causes ambient noise for those present. In a clean and well-kept place with smart remotes on the electrical switches. Nice place

Great hotel
It's in a great location and they have the best breakfast I have ever tried, a good restaurant at the pool floor. Beautiful view from the pool (small pool but nice), good staff. I got my room early from the check-in time.
