Was disappointed with the parking, but the girl at the front desk was so helpful in trying to fix the problem and accommodate us. The upgrade to the suite was beautiful and very appreciated. The bathroom garbage can had not been emptied from the previous guests (which was quite gross), but when I alerted the front desk, it was taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely one night stay here, could easily have stayed longer. Staff super friendly and attentive, place was spotless, dinner and breakfast very good. Staff very accommodating with an older person. Convenient for walking into town and views of river from hotel gorgeous. Cannot recommend this well-run place highly enough, thanks everyone!

Absolutely loved everything abd thank you Jean for the beautiful card, good wishes and chocolate. In fact all the hardworking staff and extra little touches make us feel so special. . Very comfortable hotel in walking distance to food, shopping, and sites. Only downside is the lack of onsite parking. The car park is small. Park early, so you dont have to park on the street.
