Inside on the main level is the well-appointed kitchen, expansive living room with amazing views and dining room for family gatherings. Upstairs are three bedrooms with the primary bedroom like being on your own private cruise ship. The home features every creature comfort possible from super comfortable furniture, karaoke in the living room, and an outdoor game room.

Total Rest and Relaxation

We chose this house because of the proximity to the beach and we were not disappointed. We were able to walk the beach every day and every night. We had views from every level, the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. The home was equipped with everything we could need to stay in and cook some of our meals. We really appreciated having everything there. Our only complaint is regarding the living room furniture. While we understand that rentals get used a lot, this rental would have been perfect if they had better furniture. The furniture in the living room is very broken down. That said, the rest of the house was perfect! It was clean and well stocked. We would definitely return again. This beach house was located close to everything, grocery store (Safeway), shopping, and restaurants. We also appreciated how easy communication was with management.

Amazing views and Beach access

Lucked out with amazingly nice weather for May, the house is steps off the beach. Views from the front bedrooms and front/dining room are beautiful. Well furnished. Close to food, outlets stores and casino. Only issue we had was that the front door electric lock didn't work and we couldn't get in contact with any contacts provided until the next day. Luckily we found a lock box with a physical key. Also, it sleeps 6 comfortably, the other 4 they advertise would have to have a roll away bed set up someplace as well as the couches pulled out, so it would be snug with 10. Overall it's a very nice house.

Family get away

This property is immaculate and truly right on the beach! The home is extremely cozy with every comfort and a very well stocked kitchen and lots of fun games and decks to enjoy the view and sea air. Step right onto the beach from the backdoor! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to go back again sometime.

Spectacular storm viewing!

The house was very well acquainted throughout, perfect location, elevated spectacular views of the passing winter storms but only steps down to the sand when the opportunities came to walk on the beach. Our expectations were far exceeded! Although the carpet could use a little spot cleaning in a few areas it was not a deal breaker in the least or worthy of a reduction in a star rating.

It was really on the beach. Loved that. The beds were OK. A little springy. All in we would come back. The railing going up the steps needs to be tightened. Maybe a railing on the outside steps would be good since it is a downward slope. We are older and that is important. We had a good time.

Lincoln City Beach House

It was my children, grandchildren husband and I we had a fabulous time. The house was wonderful. Could’ve used a couple more rollaway‘s instead of having to use the couch for the other two beds just because you had to wake people up to go down and make coffee. They love the games though and we had a great time. We were so close to the beach. It was almost perfect!!

Lovely 1 night stay

Amazing view from many rooms and balconies! Just a few steps to the beach through the garage. All 3 bedrooms very nice along with all 3 bathrooms. Enjoyed a nice dinner watching the sunset. Look forward to another time we can stay longer.

No better spot!

We selected this house based on its proximity to the beach and it didn't disappoint. There are just a few steps from the backyard before hitting the sand. The hose to clean off sand before re-entering the house was in regular use! :-)

Super amazing view/location

Can’t get a better location- best we’ve ever stayed at. House was bright and clean. Didn’t have karaoke like stated in the ad (which we were looking forward to) and games missing the pieces to play. That’s my only complaint though and it’s not a big one at all. Best location. Very nice!

All was good mostly. Needed to be vacuumed better. Stuff under beds,Needed to be better dusted an door in bathroom washed down. Ran out of toilet paper. 6 rolls for 8 people for 5 days was not enough. Had to buy some. It was better last year when we were there.

Great place on the beach

This is a great house with a wonderful location right on the beach. We were visiting Lincoln City to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday, all together we were 8 people, 6 adults and 2 teens. The house was very clean. The kitchen was very nice, well stocked and nice gas range and high quality counter tops. . A minor maintenance issues need some attention - the inside light to the oven needs to be replaced and the dishwasher is difficult to get to run for a full cycle, probably user error but potentially some instructions would be useful. Only other small inconvenience was that we were staying for the week but the amount of dishwashing soap, paper towels, etc were only for 4 days and a better stock of cleaning supplies for the counter, etc would be beneficial - we left ours there so hopefully others can use that. There was lots of room for hanging out for puzzles, games, etc. The outdoor space is very nice too, lots of room under the patio to stay out of the wind and nice chairs for sitting on the patio or beach. Upstairs deck is very nice too - nice chairs and truly lo ely view. This is a really nice rental - would absolutely stay again.
