Enjoy this newly-renovated sanctuary in the heart of Lincoln's historic quarter. The home offers an unrivalled combination of luxurious living, and breath-taking surroundings. With a range of boutique shops, pubs, restaurants and Lincoln's stunning architecture; whether you're with family, friends or visiting for business, you'll be sure to find something to entertain all! The Grade II listed house was built in the mid-1700's and has recently undergone an extensive renovation, completing in July 2024. The house is set across three storeys and due to the listing restrictions, it isn't suitable for people that have mobility issues. The lounge and kitchen diner are located on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, the master complete with an en-suite and walk in wardrobe, and the main bathroom are on the first floor. The third bedroom is on the second floor. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk will be provided for your stay along with a range of cleaning items. The living area has a smart TV and super fast wi-fi. In all bedrooms except one, there are smart TV's. Please note, the third bedroom is not the biggest. It is perfectly practical but do look at the images before booking. You can park for up to 1 hour at the front of the property between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday to Saturday. There is a car park a minute or two's walk away which we would recommend - Westgate 1 East Car Park, LN1 3AS. Whole house to yourself! A key code will be provided prior to check-in along with contact information in case of any issues or questions during your stay. It will be on the day once we have cleaned after the previous guests. We do have a travel cot available - please contact us at the time of booking.

Fabulous property near Lincoln cathedral
The house is exceptionally well presented, top quality finish and very comfortable. Everything needed is provided and the grade 2 listed building has been very well refurbished although the stairs can be a little tricky if you've got any mobility deficiencies or you are of advanced years.
