Upon arrival the parking areas were not plowed. A sign inside with a map said to park in those areas marked because they were plowed. They were not. The TV remote did not belong to the TV in the room. There was not a fitted sheet on the one bed to cover the mattress pad which had shallow pockets and didn't stay on the mattress. The room smelled of cologne. There were no coffee cups provided. I was also given a bag of microwavable popcorn but there isn't a microwave in the room, only in the great room area was a microwave. They have a front desk but no one is ever at it.
