There are two comfortable stools at the kitchen counter, a bathroom with a shower, and a small balcony facing the mountains. The living room has a queen Murphy bed, a sleep sofa, and AC.

Enjoy the Rivergreen indoor pool and hot tub, the beautiful great room with views of the East Branch of the Pemigewasset River, and the small exercise room in that area. Down the elevator is access to a coin-operated laundry, and, in summer, a barbecue area with a screened-in gazebo is also available.
