This is the best and easiest location in Lincoln. Location is everything and with this recently updated log cabin you'll be in center of it all when it comes to restaurants, access to Loon Mountain, and the shops on Main St.

Your cozy getaway awaits in Lincoln at this charming, yet spacious, New England log cabin with room for the entire family plus visitors.

Pizza, liquor, coffee, recreation, a movie theater, supermarket, and an abundance more all within just ONE MILE!

Easy on and off I93 and just a short 6 min ride to the Ice Castles, 3 mins to Loon, and 5 mins to North Woodstock.

Walking distance to the best breakfast and dinner in town, Flapjacks Pancake House and Common Man Lincoln, respectively.

It gets even better! If you are a family with children than you do not want to pass this property by. The back yard is adjacent to Kanc Recreation where the kids can enjoy a ton of activities including skiing down their own never-too-busy mountain. You can watch your kids ski down the slopes of Kanc Rec from the kitchen windows and then admire them as they head back up on Kanc's very own pull lift. The cost for non residents is around $15+/-.

The layout if the house is as follows:
Two bedrooms are on the first floor of the main house with two other bedrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms upstairs is a loft style and overlooks the living room with open air. The 5th bedroom is in its own in-law apartment which is directly above the garage. This bedroom/apartment is a one bedroom in-law apartment that requires separate entry through an outdoor stairs case. The apartment does not directly connect to the main house so you must go outside to get from the apartment to the main house.
a full kitchen and full bathroom are part of the seperate in-law apartment.

Parking? Have no worry, you can fit more cars than you'll need in our off street parking area. All of your friends and family will be able to park their vehicles on the same premesis. Parking is available for each guest! In-door storage for ATVs and snowmobiles available at no extra charge. RV parking available too.


This home was purchased the first week of December and we got straight to work already. The home has undergone major upgrades, renovations, and changes to make the stay more modern and enjoyable without sacrifice any of its original rustic charm. All upgrades and changes were completed with our guests in mind.

With a brand new kitchen design, new floors, and furniture youll be able to enjoy all that the house offers in the cleanest and most comfortable way possible.

Please note while gatherings are allowed at this property, all guests shall be respectful and courteous toward the town and neighbors by following all noise ordinances and town guidelines.

**Please note out policy about snow removal in the House Rules Section. The driveway is plowed regularly and the walkways will be shoveled prior to your arrival. The plow will come each time it shows but the guest is responsible for maintaining walkways during their stay. The walkways are very short and require only minimal effort.
