Belle situation géographique
Accueil au minimum de ce qu'on peut attendre, salle de bain dans un triste état (douche, pomme de douche, ventilation : tout HS). La porte de chambre n'a pas de serrure sécurisée, type placard, vitrée. Vieille demeure et logement pas du tout réhabilité. Par contre, très belle vue directe sur le petit port de Lipari. Belle situation sur le port, et au coeur de la zone touristique. Très agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner sur un balcon., mais n'y allez pas pour sa qualité (pains et biscottes industriels sous cellophane), très en dessous de ce qui se pratique ailleurs en Sicille.

Abbiamo speso per una matrimoniale in questo bed and breakfast nella settimana di ferragosto circa 120 euro a notte. La struttura ne valeva al massimo 70 in altissima stagione in quanto la struttura era davvero fatisciente: letti cigolanti, materasso sfondato e gentilmente sostituito con uno meno sfondato; porta soffione doccia rotto; aereatore rotto nel bagno non finestrato; porta di ingresso a vetri oscurata tramite carta adesiva che faceva comunque entrare la luce durante la notte; camera separata dalla stanza attigua da una lastra di legno: si sentivano le conversazioni adiacenti parola per parola. Unici aspetti positivi: posizione, aria condizionata, vista su una palazzo pericolante ma oltre c'era pur sempre il mare, colazione con prodotti confezionati ma con ampia scelta offerta gentilmente dalla proprietaria. I proprietari dovrebbero investire su questa struttura per garantire un comfort minimo o abbassare i prezzi drasticamente. Le eolie sono fantastiche ma non abbiamo dormito per tre notti. Sconsiglierei a chiunque di alloggiare in questa struttura a queste condizioni. Le foto nel sito corrispondono alla stanza offerta ma quella della facciata del palazzo no in quanto si trova davvero in pessimo stato. Non guasterebbe infine qualche sorriso in più.
