The accomodations were good, the only issue is the loud traffic, especially the trams going up and down the narrow road. If using Google maps to locate it, it takes you close but not quite there.

Hotel room is spacious. It is clean and tidy. The breakfast is not extravagant but the quality is good and as good as it can be. The tram station is just outside the hotel, very convenient place to stay.

My wife is 72 years old now. She was falling down completely on the floor at the Lobby because of unnoticable coffee table BUT we did not have any words and help from the property.

Excellent service and great accommodations
The service was excellent! The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. The view was beautiful and the apartment is excellent condition for the price. The only huge downside is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. We had only a small carry-on and a backpack but when you have to get up the stairs to the third floor, it really it’s very very challenging. It gets to you!

Great Alfama location. Many dining options and convenient to tram 28. There’s an excellent cafe next door and good restaurants within walking distance. It’s a short tram ride to the center with great shopping and some of the best restaurants. The staff and accommodations are excellent. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved staying in Alfama Lounge Suites. We stayed in the Superior Apartment, 2 Bedrooms and it was huge, clean and beautiful. Staff was slightly down the street but there 24/7 which was perfect when we arrived at the crack of dawn. They checked us in, took our luggage and gave us some advice as to what do and eat that early. The one draw-back to our room was it was down a wide staircase and there was no elevator, so not accessable." The hotel helped us get our luggage down but we carried it back up when we needed to leave at 3am to catch a flight. No idea if someone would have come help (probably they would) but we didn't want to bother anyone. Just thought that anyone with mobility issues should be warned.
