This was a great place to stay, was able to get checked in with ease despite arriving late in the evening. Room was as pictured and comfortable. A bit of a walk from the city center so we ended up ordering a car every morning but a beautiful location nonetheless. I would recommend this place!

Clean rooms and functioning kitchen. The check in process was rather painstaking. The apartment was on third floor, narrow hallways and stairs height makes lugging luggage up a rather painful experience.

This is not a hotel. The photos posted must be fraudulent. I arrived to an address in a dangerous looking neighborhood. There was no sign. The door required a key code, but this was not sent prior to my arrival which would have clued me that this some kind of rental property. I had to try to find a real hotel at that point. This cost me two days of prepaid fees plus two Uber rides.

The place was beautiful and clean but our sink in the bathroom and toilet were not working well which is needed for a stay. We had to do a lot of handy work to get the toilet to flush which was a bit ridiculous for a stay. Overall though the place is really nice and would be a 5 star if basic amenities worked.

Cozy Lizbon Graca is not as shown in the photos. The garden is in need of maintenance and suitable furniture. There is no lock on the main door to the street and our safe had no key. These apartments are cute and clean, but they are not at all soundproof and are located in a residential area. We could hear other guests talking, coming in late at night and dogs barking at night. No cleaning supplies nor housekeeping over our 5 night stay. Extra towels for a fee upon request. Close to buses and taxis. Plenty of small markets nearby. It is good for a basic stay, however I would not stay there again

Absolutely loved my stay! Simple self check in process, very responsive host. Absolutely loved the interior and aesthetic of my room. Was relatively walkable, and easy to pick up taxis. Would love to stay for longer next time, and would definitely stay again!

Very cute place that is generally well equipped and set up all around. Kitchen appliances worked well, the shower and bathroom were good, AC was pretty good. Accessible to grocery and cute shops via a short walk, though I generally went a bit further out for restaurants in Graça via Uber as it can get quite hilly. I'd stay here again
