The hotel staff and service are excellent, it always felt like whatever was needed all you had to do was ask and they would be happy to accommodate. The breakfast buffet is delicious and staff are very attentive and friendly. The spa facilities were lovely. The location gives you excellent links for public transport or even just walking around with lots of decent restaurants close by.

Great stay at Epic SANA Marquês - 1st Lisbon visit
From the warm welcome on arrival to the helpful concierge, the team at the hotel made it a great stay. The third floor room was spacious, clean and well-appointed; buffet breakfast was excellent; rooftop pool/bar is great (if the sun is shining), as well as the indoor pool/spa. The hotel was easily reached from the airport and close to the Metro and bus stops It’s a little bit of a walk down to the main tourist areas (about 30 mins) but the Avenue de Liberdade is very pretty with its trees and wide boulevard.

Amazing hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. Loved the fact that they provided unlimited bottle water throughout our stay at no charge. The gym, pool and spa area were fantastic and the buffet breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. A dream breakfast buffet for gluten free. Staff was extremely accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beautiful and very comfortable hotel.
