Staff is super friendly and helpful, rooms are decent and clean. We wish the room was a bit more ventilated. The windows would get condensed by the warm air in the room. Besides that, all good! Will def come back. Breakfast is super worth it!!

The location was quiet and also walkable to the best Rossio area in Lisbon. Our room was super clean, crispy linens, clean bathroom and towels. We stayed for only two nights and didn’t expect to have the room cleaned but day two we came back and saw the beds done and new set of towels. Totally recommend this hotel.

The front desk didn’t pay attention to the wet floor and had to remind them to put the caution sign. The cleaning lady not willing to accommodate when we came back in noon for a quick drop off. Other than that the price n location is excellent !

Pros: Safe area, not busy like the touristy areas in Lisbon. Room was clean and good water pressure. Has tea kettle in room. Near a grocery store. Theres a bakery nearby and an asian restaurant across the street. Cons: Bed was hard for me but I guess some people like the hard bed. Parking was tight. Summary: great to stay for a short time in Lisbon and near the shops at the Avenida Liberdade. Price was average.
