Clean, comfortable, and affordable
The hotel is in a safe neighborhood. It's an easy walk the metro (blue line) Marques de Pombal. The metro will quickly take you to old Lisbon's historic neighborhoods. The room was a good size, clean, and updated with a modern aesthetic and the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. I recommend this hotel.

This property was very good, staff are friendly, helpful and spoke English. Room was small but acceptable for the short time we had there. Dislike - when you use the shower water leaks onto the floor.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and will choose easyHotel again if I travel to cities where it operates. To provide an objective review, I'll discuss both the pros and cons of my stay. Pros: (1) The staff were helpful and friendly. I arrived in the hotel earlier before my check-in time and asked the easyHotel staff member if I could store my luggage. She kindly allowed me to store my luggage in a secured room for free. When I checked out of easyHotel, I wanted to visit a few last attractions in Lisbon before heading to Madrid. Again, the staff allowed me to store my luggage in the secured room for free after checking out. (2) My electronic devices have Canadian power plugs that are incompatible with European outlets. However, the room I stayed in at easyHotel had Canadian/American power outlets. I was pleasantly surprised. (3) The room was cleaned every day. Some budget hotels don’t clean rooms until the guest checks out, but easyHotel exceeded my expectations in this regard. Cons: （1）I had an empty water bottle that I left on the table, but it was thrown away. Although the housekeeper might have thought it was garbage, they shouldn’t discard anything until the guest checks out, as everything is kept for a reason, even if it looks like trash. (2) There was a latch lock on the hotel room door, but it could be opened with a key card from outside, which reduced its effectiveness as a security measure because I locked the latch lock inside to keep myself safe.

Amazing Hotel, it is basic but location is perfect and has all you need for a short break (we stayed 4 nights) Hotel is an 8 min walk to the main Hop on, Hop of Greyline bus start point. Would highly recommend a cafe/coffee/restaurant 2 mins walk from the Hotel, it’s called Manifest. Their breakfast options are unreal and very. At night the main Square is a 20min safe walk from the Hotel. Super stay, great City.
