First time staying here - will be back. Great location. First class hotel. Only gripe if there is one: bar needs a bit more variety of whiskeys and menu could be expanded. Rooftop is beautiful but seems to have always been booked for a private event during my three day stay so only had a brief chance to experience it (got politely told to leave due to an event). Overall a 10/10 stay.

It was quiet and very clean and beautiful. The price was good for the quality. When we came to check in we were told that our room was ready but we couldn’t check in. So we headed to the rooftop pool. It was beautiful, highly recommend. However they were supposed to tell us when our room was ready and no one came. It was a very frustrating check in process as we had luggage and couldn’t get settled into our room.

I made a mistake and put the wrong date for my stay and despite staying at this hotel twice in the last few months they refused to let me change the dates. I will not stay here again but will chose another hotel for my 10 days in Lisbon in October. The hotel will never get my money again.
