Huone oli kahdeksannessa kerroksessa, joten siellä oli mukavan hiljaista, vaikka liikenteen määrä hotellin läheisyydessä oli suuri. Metroasema oli aivan vieressä, mikä oli hienoa. Huoneet olivat siistit/siivous oli ok. Suihkun vedenpaine oli luokattoman huono ja hiustenkuivain surkea. Vuoteiden tyynyt olivat epämukavan suuret ja korkeat. Aamiainen oli kelvollinen, mutta ei säväyttänyt. Asiakaspalvelijat eivät olleet kovin sydämellisiä paria poikkeusta lukuun ottamatta. En ehkä menisi uudelleen tähän hotelliin.

Standort vom Hotel sehr gut. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Knarrendes Bett, Matratze sehr hart. Die Umsetzung betreffend Schutzmassnahmen COVID-19 war ausgezeichnet und bedenkenlos.

sehr gute Lage, nah an alles, Metro/ Bus/ Tram/ Einkaufen/ das Meer, ...... die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, sehr gute Hotel, nette Personal ( Nur keine spricht Deutsch!, sonst perfekt Englisch,) sehr saubere Zimmer und Badezimmer, reichhaltige Frühstück................ Ich empfehte Hotel Fenix Lesboa jeder, der eine Städtereise genissen möchte. Viel Spass

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Gänge und Zimmer sind eher düster und auch die Beleuchtung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Qualität beim Zimmerservice ist mangelhaft (mal fehlte dies, mal das). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, jedoch mangelt es auch hier z.B. ist alles sehr eng und man muss schon zu Beginn anstehen, um einen Tisch zu erhalten. Weiter muss man ständig auf Teller, Gläser oder Besteck warten. Kaffeelöffel gibt es so gut wie gar nicht bzw. diese werden auch nicht aufgedeckt.
