The staff was really helpful and this was really appropriate and safe property for family. I traveled with my 21 month old and I had lots of options in terms of food for him. Overall experience was excellent

In advance of booking I was assured there would be vegan options for breakfast in particular pastries. This was not the case when we arrived. Also at the time of booking we were not made aware of building works outside the hotel and our room was opposite the works and the noise was relentless during the daytime which made it difficult with an 18 month old baby

Roof top pool and view were great for sunsets. Service and smile from all staff was great. Easy place to relax. Family friendly. Breakfast is busy so go early, but worth it, very fresh food and good variety.

The hotel was in a good location, accesible to transportation, good customer service. The room was clean and good size. The towels provided were not high quality…I would recommend to replace the towels.

The location of the hotel is not ideal as you will need to take a taxi or Uber. Also, the rooms are outdated and we didn’t have any hot water when showering. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was mediocre.

Our room was very clean and in general comfortable. But it was directly next to the elevators and we could hear the elevators moving all night long. Not very soundproof.

I loved staying here, the pool and hotel accommodation was super, staff very friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant 28 in the evening was good reasonably priced. Metro station Saldanha was a 3min walk away red line to get to the airport

Staff was great, room was good, bed was very comfortable but I was woken up often during the night and early morning because you can hear every step outside the room and cleaners vacuuming. The decor is quite 90´s but the hotel is great value for money.

Despite the fact that the overall facilities were OK and there were friendly and helpful female staff, the behavior of several male staff was totally unacceptable, in particular when dealing with female customers: abusive, disrespectful, incompatible with our civilized values. The ones who were at the desk when my niece left the hotel created a situation of family conflict and unnecessary suffering. I believe she filed a complaint at the hotel and you should investigate their behavior.
