Great stay at this hotel! We loved that we were within walking distance of most sites, easy access for Uber and walkable to train station. Buffet breakfast included which was a great way to start our day. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel
The hotel is amazing and is situated in the old part of town. There are lots of restaurants, shopping, museums, and public transportation within walking distance. The room where breakfast is served was beautiful. The only issue we had was there was an odor in the bathroom and hallway. Also a word of caution for light sleepers, due to the location, the noise and music from street can go on until very late.

This was a great place to stay if you’re traveling with family. We loved the convenience of being around everything. Staff was friendly. We loved that shops were just outside the door and the cafe outside was perfect for evening drinks while listening to musicians sing and play their instruments

Very nice property, nice to have breakfast included. Staff were helpful and very friendly. It would be nice to have water available at the hotel (in a jug as a courtesy would be great or at least to purchase)

This hotel was in an amazing location, close to all forms of transportation as well as walkable to a ton of attractions! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The hotel breakfast was delicious and well managed! The room was clean and very beautiful! My only complaint was that there was no blanket on the bed or in the room! But that’s an extremely minor problem to have ;)

The customer service can use a lot of improvement. They do not acknowledge guests as they walk in, do not greet guests. Not friendly or helpful at all. Their breakfast was poor. For instance the serving utensils were not functional and you could not pick up food with them. We stayed at this hotel eight nights and still wasn’t fixed. House keep skipped cleaning our room and did not provide the daily coffee like we had requested .

Room and hotel were very musty and the fridge was very hot as locked into a cupboard. The bathroom was also very cramped and a bit mouldy. Very average for the price but the location was excellent.

Fabulous location! Beautiful hotel with amazing architecture. Our room was large with large bathroom as well. The breakfast room is stunning with lots of options. The staff at the hotel were really nice. This hotel has the best location to walk everywhere! Thank you Patricia for getting us in our room early and for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is in a great neighbourhood and can easily walk around Lisbon. The breakfast is really good and hotel is overall good value. There were issues with tv, bathroom door, and smell that reduces rating by a few points. Otherwise, staff and location are amazing.
