Nice older hotel.
It was a very nice place to stay. Not top quality, but certainly no complaints, and well worth it for the price. Location is excellent, right in the heart of the walking district (no cars on the streets, and plenty of shops and eateries).

A great stay.
Great location for sightseeing Lisbon. If you have a car, you will not be able to drive directly outside of the hotel. However, cars are allowed a block away. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was simple, but good. We would return to this hotel.

The location is unbeatable. The rooms were good. The breakfast was very good - much better than most "continental breakfasts". There were a few nits to pick however. The two outlets near the desk were taken by the TV and fridge. The TV didn't seem to turn off, so I unplugged it and used that outlet for my laptop. The TV was easy to hit my head on when going between the bed and bathroom. The bathroom sink was installed rather high as well. Overall I have no problems recommending this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is unbelievable outdated, with very smelly carpeted hallways and dirty walls. The room had sheets with hair on it. The bathroom had black mold EVERYWHERE. It was the grossest hotel I’ve even stayed in. Only reason we didn’t leave was because we got in late from a flight and had to wake up very early for another flight the next morning. They need to renovate this hotel ASAP.

If you don't want LOSE your Money ...NO accepted the service pick up from airport .The hotel said they don't know about it .... But My suggestion Don't do that ...because the taxi said : I ca't wait for you and the Inmigration in Lisboa. is terrible.....

While this property has a great location very close to Rocio station, it was very noisy until about 11:40. The hotel is very outdated. The fridge didn’t work, the shower took forever to drain, and the toilet was situated in a way that required you to sit sideways. The sink was very small with limited space to place any toiletries. Carpets in the stairwells should be replaced. No artwork or anything inside the rooms, and the walls were all scuffed and marked up. The breakfast was average, but it was included. I would not recommend a stay here.

The photos of this property didn't represent the rooms well. My room was dirty with mild growing in the bathroom and scuffs on the walls. I even found a mysterious brown smudge on one of the towels. The location is the only thing going for this place.

Muy buena locación. Muy amables todos en el Hotel. Muy mala aislación acustica, la habitación daba a la calle y hasta pasada la media noche el ruido no te deja dormir. No tiene separación de residuos en la habitación.

Very small room and elevator. Some staff are friendlier than others. Bedroom has an awe full odour. Close to everything and very easy access to everything. Would not stay there again for the quality vs. price.
