Hotelli oli mukava ja kaikki toimi todella hyvin. Herkkäunisten ei kannata tähän hotelliin mennä, kadulla soitettiin musiikkia melkein koko yö.

Henkilökunta jousti mukavasti varauksen pidentämisessä. Aamiainen melko yksinkertainen, ei esim. mysliä. Sijainti loistava.

As this hotel was just rated a 1 star we were apprehensive but it far exceeded our expectations . It was in a perfect location for restaurants shops and all sight seeing activities . It is in a pedestrian area so taxis have to leave you off just a few minutes walk away but it means there is no street noise at night . The check in was easy and as we arrived early it was no problem for them to keep our luggage. The rooms are small but our bathroom was obviously brand new and sparkly clean with a powerful shower. Shampoo soap, toothbrush and even a razor were all provided. The bed was really comfortable with lovely crisp white bed linen and good pillows .The rooms have fridges, safes (free) TV with English speaking channels and great free wifi. The rooms seem to be well sound proofed as I didn't hear any noise from the neighbouring rooms . The lift is very small as is the norm in old hotels. I would really recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon .
