Good location, close to dining/shopping and start of tram 28. Room was fine and clean. Our TV did not seem to work passed the welcome message. Rooftop bar has great views, slow service though. Would stay again.

The Mundial is the best of the best and in every respect. The location is ideal for anything and everything, the rooms are well kept, the service is impeccable, breakfast is sumptuous. Very highly recommended.

Overall this property was good for our stay. Just a few issues we had, our allergies weren’t constantly aggravated in the room, not sure if it’s the carpet, curtains, or sheets. The next issue we had was obtaining an iron to prep our clothes for our excursions/tours. When I asked for an iron to be sent to the room, we were told all irons are out for use right now. When I asked how many were in the hotel, I was told 3 for the whole place which is crazy. Nonetheless you have to keep calling to get one and when you do, iron your clothes for the entire stay because you may not get one again. The fire station being so close made it a little noisy some nights. The shower head mount in our bathroom was loose and kept rotating or causing the shower head to fall so it was tough showering. Our AC leaked from the bottom onto the carpet, didn’t know until I stepped in it with socks on. The rooftop bar is nice for the views, the menu is rather limited however. The breakfast was probably the best thing ever. If you all can work on these issues, I’d def put 5 stars and be a returning customer, but for now, this was a one time deal.

This is a great central location. The rooftop bar and restaurant were amazing. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and met our expectations for a major hotel in a key city.

I checked in with Leonard, who was the best person there! Hard to find good front desk agents like him. I got a big suite with a great view. Unfortunately, I had allergy problems in it, but I spent a lot of time on the rooftop patio and the breakfast was good. I'd stay again. Great location too

Hotel Mundial is conveniently located, closed to most attractions in Lisbon. Even though it is a little outdated, the room we had was big, the bed and pillows were very comfy. We were offered breakfast at the top floor which has a spectacular view of Lisbon. We stayed one night and we were very satisfied with the hotel and the staff.

The property wasn’t in the best shape. Old and a little dirty. Carpets dirty. Main restaurant was nice. Foodwas good. Check in staff was great. Events coordinator and maître’D in main restaurant were very good.

The only complaint I have is that the hotel does not give its guests preference to go to the roof top bar. We tried 2 times and couldn't get in unless we want to have a long wait so we went to Gastrobar rooftop and had no problem in getting drinks on Saturday night.
