This property is located close to the Lisbon green line subway station, which was one of the reasons my wife and I stayed here. The property also offers a great breakfast for a decent price. Another great perk is the property will store your luggage for you if you want to do some sightseeing before checkin or after you have checked out. The room we stayed in is a good size and very clean. If we ever get back to Lisbon, I will certainly be staying here again.

Check in is slow. Reception is unwelcoming. Then they put me at the room facing a very busy street with lots of noises. The windows are probably 40 years old and they are not sound proof nor insulated. I requested change of room so they gave me a quieter room. They have better rooms but they gave me their worst room at first I had to drag my suitcase to the new room. They also want to take deposit for a kettle which makes the guest feel inconvenient. Everything in this hotel is date, they need some major renovation.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is great. Stayed at this property because it is close to the Metro station, which made it very easy to get around Lisbon. My wife and I stayed here before our cruise and will be staying here again after the cruise.

Perfect for a family city break!
From the outside it looks unremarkable, but this hotel is perfect for a city break. We were a group of 2 adults and 2 kids (10+12). The room was perfectly clean and a really good size, with comfy beds and a lovely little balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is great for hopping on the tube (250m away), and Uber works really well in Lisbon. The breakfasts were of a good standard and room service dinner food was tasty and good value. We couldn't have picked a better value proposition.

Hotel Roma is a good location for visitors to Lisbon who don’t want to be in the tourist center but wants a central metro station. I was glad to be in a neighborhood with locals with easy access to Metro and walking.
