Conveniently located near the airport and a great price. The room was quite small but new, clean, and adequate. The restaurant downstairs has good food and nice staff. Being in an industrial area there are few, if any, other restaurants close. Really nothing to do nearby.

Very new hotel built in a converted shopping center located near the Lisbon airpot. The area around the hotel is commerical/industrial so it is a bit noisy and crowded with traffic, and not walkable. Rooms are very small; however, it was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a resturant/bar, but not many other dining options nearby. The hotel does provide a free shuttle to/from the airport.

A very decent overnight stay, safe and convenient to catch a 5am flight. Helpful staff. Good that it had a fair restaurant for dinner, as the area around it is light industrial and deserted at night. A seemingly new and well kept facility, bright and cheerful.

Poor quality meal in restaurant. Our order included black beans and rice. No black beans were available. The server brought a salad as a replacement. I would have changed order if I had known. The Brazilian beef was so tough it was almost inedible. The room was clean and comfortable. Called for the shuttle bus and learned it only operates in the morning.

This hotel is very new. Everything is as you would expect from Ibis - functional and well appointed but not an excess of space in rooms even superior rooms. Staff amazing - so helpful and many speak good English esp Joana. They were so helpful with leaving luggage etc. Restaurant is a work in progress but staff very helpful and pleasant. When I stayed 100 passengers from a grounded plane arrived unexpectedly and the kitchen and restaurant dealt with them all very efficiently given the circumstances. Front of house (Fernandoa?) was exceptional in ensuring all guests fed and watered with a fairly new team of staff. Food not exceptional but very pleasant and the circumstances made this an exceptional evening! Breakfast fabulous. I hope to stay again later this week. Only downside is location - very close to airport but in an industrial estate! Not all taxi drivers know location yet!

Nice accommodation near the airport.
We needed a place to stay near the airport due to a cancelled flight. The room was very comfortable for the few hours we were there. Shuttle at 4AM was prompt and helpful. Service in the hotel restaurant was terrible, but the food was good.
