The inner view room is very small. Bathroom sliding door was noisy to slide to access and will wake up someone else who sleeping. Location is good and central. Desk Staff were helpful.

I usually don’t write review but couldn’t hold from this trip. This hotel is at a center location and walkable to many of the city attractions. Room size is relatively small but isn’t regrettable because of location. Their breakfast is good and should reserve with breakfast.

Centrally located near the Rossio Square. Subway and train station walking distance. Nearby a variety of excellent restaurants, all walking distance. Close to the cruise port. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean,comfortable and simple in style. Breakfast buffet was delicious and worth the extra money. Would definitely recommend and stay there again if I go back to Lisbon.

Incredibly small rooms
The rooms are tiny. There is a lot of street noise. There is no lobby with chairs so you are stuck going to a room that is smaller than a standard cruise ship cabin. The elevator does not go to all rooms. If you are on the older part of the hotel, you have to take the elevator to a floor above and walk down.

The layout of the hotel is strange, rooms were quite small and the bathrooms had mold and mildew. Did not seem like a very clean place. Outside was noisy but its not to the hotel’s fault.
