It was convenient for everything: Shopping, restaurants, transportation, and history. We stayed in another hotel in Lisbon for the first part of our trip, then traveled the country and returned for our last night before leaving for the airport. We saw this hotel when we were walking in Lisbon and thought the location was perfect for walking and shopping. The hotel is very unique, with a cool vibe and modern interior. Breakfast was awesome, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We loved it and we are picky. We would definitely recommend someone to stay and we would love to come back.

This hotel is on a Main Street with multiple restaurants right in front of the hotel - doesn’t get quiet until after midnight- impossible to sleep - even if this hotel were advertised as free I would recommend to stay elsewhere- DO NOT STAY HERE

Stay was fine. Surprised by all the 9+ ratings though. I travel a lot for business and I wouldn’t consider it to be of that ratings. Standard rooms are small and lower level rooms are close to noisy streets. The hotel is not good for sound insulation so was noisy with people moving around late a night and coming in and out of reception. Reception staff were lovely. Breakfast was good. It’s a very central location so would be good for tourists, but not so much if you want a quiet nights’ sleep. The photos make the hotel seem bigger and more plush than it actually is

outrageously brilliant reception staff.
Initial impression was that the room was small but when we opened the curtains it realed a writing surface, chair, coffee maker and a fridge. All built into the window recess. the most amazing aspect was the location which was in the heart of everything. A special mention for the reception staff who were always friendly and helpful and an extra special 5 star mention for the chap with a beard who helped me when I lost my phone. He was exceptional.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect because it faces the Rossio Square. It is also close to the Arch and the River (approximately 1 mile away). There are a lot of bakeries and eating places close by, and the Tram 28 stop and the Yellow Line hop-on hop-off bus stop are close by. I give this hotel a 10/10 for location. As for the hotel itself - our original room which had a balcony from where one could see the Fort was very small. We asked for a bigger room which we were given and the room size was very good by European standards. The room had a Nespresso coffee machine, which was great. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, which we appreciated. The negatives about this hotel are that the hot water in the sink trickled out, and the elevator is very slow. I wasn’t impressed by their breakfast and wish I had not signed up for it. Also, it would be wonderful if the hotel offered soap and shampoo from dispensers rather than individual bottles (better for the environment).

Great location and the staff were so very helpful throughout our stay! Breakfast brunch was delicious. The rooms are simple - perhaps a bit sparse in decor but had basically what we needed. Could use at least one more accessible outlet for charging devices - we had to unplug lamps. all in all a good stay

Super central. Nice staff. Don’t book a standard twin room if you want twin beds though as no space between the beds so it is basically a double with two sets of sheets.

The hotel is located in the heart of Lisbon. Vey good restaurants around the area. Closed to all attactions. No need to get a car, wakable to most places.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Lisbon! I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The warm welcome, efficient check-in, and thoughtful attention to detail made a great first impression. The hotel is situated in an ideal spot for exploring Lisbon! It’s just a short walk from major attractions like the historic Alfama district, Praça do Comércio, and the vibrant Baixa neighborhood. Public transport is easily accessible, and I even walked to some beautiful viewpoints overlooking the city. What really stood out to me was the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about my experience. The hotel breakfast was amazing
