Lacking overall. Not a 4 star hotel. Trip for birthday to Lisbon - notified in advance, they offered to charge 40 euros for cake and wine. How kind. Request for early check in - extra charge before 3pm. Surprised on arrival room was ready and able to check in. Maybe the reason was room given was dark small window and limited daylight. No amenties in superior room - hand wash, shampoo shower gel 2 in one combo, no bathrobes, no coffee machine. Cheap melamine cups to drink power coffee out of - not 4 star at all. Even the toilet flush had seen better days - thanks to housekeeping for getting this replaced and putting in some extras to bathroom. 2 days in - why not on arrival? Breakfast was inconsistent - only smoked salmon 1 day out of 4, sparkling wine 2 days out of 4 - served against in plastic glasses suitable for outdoors - yet at breakfast buffet? Some days staff were nice - other days not so much trying to wrestle your plates and cups off your table before you had finished - yet other days allowing used plates to stack up on table . Staff even walked over spillages from breakfast buffet without any desire to brush up mess for quite some time. Trying to use spa - which costs extra - waiting so long on slow staff to check if can use just gave up and left as it seemed too much effort for them. Expensive hotel - but out of way main sights, little value for money here. I would not return based on my experience here.

Had a great holiday here. Really friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, great rooftop pool/bar, good gym, lovely breakfast. Close to airport so easy transfer (Uber really good in Lisbon). Not really walkable into town centre but Metro right outside hotel. I have no hesitation in recommending Jupiter Lisboa

Stayed here for a workshop. I don’t know Lisbon that well, but the hotel isn’t in what I’d consider a touristy area - depending on your expectations, that’s neither positive nor negative - just something to be aware of! Very close to shopping and transit/metro. Breakfast buffet and rooftop/lobby bar food was good. Lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again, especially due to the proximity to Manteigaria- best traditional pastries!

We planned to travel all over Lisbon and this hit has access to most areas easily. We also traveled to the Algarve and liked the immediate access to the nearby train station. The breakfasts are so abundant and tasty. We appreciate the hospitality of the hotel. When we arrived from a North America flight, our room was not ready but they joyfully held our luggage and without my asking, gave us a room with a baby bed and baby bath for our toddler. We found the hotel to be super clean and easy to access. We could not be happier with our week stay!

Complimentary water is given only on first day of your stay other days you have to buy your water and there is no free visit to spa but discount is given per stay . Otherwise it’s a nice hotel . Rooftop swimming pool is brilliant and spa is wonderful

Fabulous hotel! Great location with the old town, shops and riverfront only 10/15 mins in a Uber for approx 6 euros. The rooftop pool was very much needed after time exploring the city. The staff were all so welcoming, the cocktails just perfect and great xhoice at brekkie. My daughter is gluten free and they gave her her own bread and cakes every day. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was quite central for what we needed, particularly given that the METRO stop was less than 100yds away. Our room which was a double, was huge, very clean with a double shower and housekeeping daily. The rooftop bar was good but you need to be up early to bag a lounger when it opens at 10:00am. The almada bar is good for snacks but the restaurant is very poor and only offers a buffet meal for €29.50 which to be honest is like cafeteria food. Avoid it. Apart from that the place was lovely and there are bars and restaurants centrally located. Remember the tourist tax which is €2 per day per person.
