Great location. Lovely hotel with plenty of shops,restaurants and cafe around the area. 5 mins walk to metro and tram stations. Staffs are nice and friendly.

Due to issues at Luton airport (baggage belt broke) we were unable to board our flight and were not able to stay at the hotel on the first night. As we had had booked a non refundable tariff, we lost the money for that night. It is what it is but i would've hoped staff would have been forward leaning due to this mishap and the fact we were there for a celebration. Instead we were met with indifference and an attempt to overcharge on tax. Hardly the welcome we were hoping for. Having said that, the hotel is beautifully quirky and we had a wonderful walking tour on Tuesday morning. The rooftop bar was also great fun. Cleaning staff work strange hours (she came at 18.00 when we had just go back from sightseeing) and our cleaner was quite rude to our daughter.

Apartment smelt of sewage, after complaining nobody came a sprayed air freshener or came to fix it! Overall apartment was run down, sofa was so uncomfortable, fridge leaking and doors coming of hinges

Excellent location and fun decor. We had family room that was spacious. Air conditioning was broken but otherwise everything worked well. I could stay there again.

The room was beautiful, unique, cosy. So were the reception area and the breakfast room. From the tertace, you can enjoy the sun over the rooftops of Lisbon.

Recently returned from my first stay in Lisbon with the Art Stay Hotel. It is in a great location, the room was quirky, colourful, well laid out and comfortable. The bar area and reception are full of interest and high design, One of the main points has to be the reception team. They handled a very small issue with the air conditioning promptly, with urgency and great politeness- they were genuinely interested and concerned in the comfort of my stay- thank you again so much!
