I didn't like that staff do not assist with luggage. I didn't like that the windows were open upon my arrival and the room was cold. It rained and there was no heat.

Room is very small but comfortable. No elevator and the stairs are a little treacherous. The immediate surrounding area isn’t terrible, but it’s definitely not nice. Indentente station is very close so getting around is easy.

This is a great choice for staying either for short stay or for longer. The location is I central old city close to all important tourist sites. Our accomodation we chose mainly for affordability. It turned out to offer much more. It was like a small apartment with living area, full kitchen, and comfortable bedroom and modern bathroom. We want to return there next time we have the pleasure of visiting Lisbon. —Will and Annie

Overall, this is anyplace to stay. They are pretty close to everything you need and you can walk from this location easily to the heart of the city. The one thing about the area is that it is close to a prominent square that is known to be a bit concerning due to the number of people who hang out there at night as well as the homelessness. As for the room, you can hear everything from the outside because the window s do not close properly. Aside from that, it was a great experience.

The check-in was fast and easy. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The Anjos aubway stop was just a 3-minute wall away. There is a small kitchenette in the unit with a small fridge, a 2- element cooking surface, a microwave, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery for cooking and enjoying a meal. We didn’t use the kitchenette because we only stayed for one night. The courtyard right outside our suite was very nice. Will return to it if we come back to Lisbon in our travels. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect stay
The apartment was perfect for our short stay before catching an early flight the next morning. The 3 of us were happy to find a spacious, clean and practical space to unwind after a cruise and get organised for our flight home. The staff were very helpful when checking in and took our luggage so we could go and explore Lisbon while our room was not available. The receptionist helped us with our luggage up the stairs. The location of the hotel was convenient to walk downtown and only a 10 minute taxi to the airport (at 4.15am). The beds were very comfortable. We were greeted with a friendly night receptionist who offered to get us a taxi to the airport. Would be happy here if we were staying for longer.

Staff is very attentive and helpful with information, such as metro schedules and such. Always available either in person or via telephone. Very professional. Having 24 hour reception is very convenient and comforting. The metro is very close to the hotel making it also a very convenient location. The only downside is that being next to a busy street it can be noisy at night, so earplugs or a white noise machine may come in handy. The walls are a little thin.
