The street and sidewalk in front of the hotel was being fixed, there was sand and broken/removed cobble stones so it was hard to walk into the hotel

This is hospitality at its finest. We travel to Lisbon quite often and the Lumen Hotel was by far the best hotel we've stayed in. The beds are huge, the room is spacious and the whole space is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly and they go above and beyond to keep you happy. The whole vibe is just amazing. Shame about the building works in the street but it's not really something they can control. It's walkable distance to Picoas and Saldanha subway stations, it's super quiet and safe at night, and it's got amazing bakeries nearby. Ask the staff for recommendations! We will definitely come back :D

Lovely spacious hotel. Great bar and excellent breakfast facilities. Pool and rooftop bar with great views across the city. Excellent staff from, reception, breakfast, bar, pool bar and concierge. Very helpful. Hotel is vey clean and rooms are beautiful. No noise in your room, so quiet even though hotel has lots of guests. Good location.

Nice hotel and good staff. Roof top pool and parking very welcome. Did just seem to be missing some basics such as as towel rails in the bathroom which was a bit odd.

We had an incredible stay at the Lumen hotel. The staff were accommodating, friendly, and knowledgable about things to do in the area. The location was great and having the pool and rooftop bar made the city trip feel like a proper summer get away. Couldnt recommend more.

A group of 12 of us stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was clean, convenient and the light show was a fun event. The staff was very nice and we loved the full breakfast. It was a great stay overall.
